Italian at the University of North Texas

Italian is one of the eleven languages offered at the University of North Texas.  We offer courses in language, culture, film, and literature all culminating in a Minor in Italian.  Students are also strongly encouraged to participate in our newly created study abroad program in Rome and Cefalù, Italy.  Our extra curricular activities include the Italian Club, Gamma Kappa Alpha Italian Honor Society, bi-monthly film screenings, weekly conversation hours, and trips to the UNT and Dallas Operas.  Italian is an valuable resource for students of business, law, fashion, history, literature, and classics.  It’s popularity is growing exponentially here at UNT and around the world and we hope you’ll join us in furthering that popularity!
